Facebook.  Everyone is on it and it is a great place to market to potential clients, but it can be confusing.  Please see our below FAQ section for answers of our most commonly asked questions.  If you didn’t find what you’re looking for here, please email us at [email protected] and we will answer any questions you may have.

How Much do Facebook ads Cost?

Facebook Ads fit any budget.
With ads:
  • You’re always in control since you choose the budget and audience
  • We optimize them to reach people more likely to take action.
  • You can edit your budget or stop them at any time.
At any time, you can adjust your budget or bid in Ads Manager.
You can even put a spending limit on your account. Just set an amount for your maximum budget, and all your ads pause automatically when you reach the limit. Your card (or any other payment method) isn’t charged until you’re ready to run ads again.

How Does Facebook Billing Work?

Managing your Facebook ad bills is easy.
Here’s how it works:
  • You’re billed when the total cost of your ads hit a specific dollar threshold.
  • If you don’t hit the threshold, you’re billed at the end of the month.
  • You can always view a daily estimate of what you’re spending on ads.
  • You can find your final, detailed bill in the Billing section of Ads Manager.

When you run ads on Facebook, you’re always in control of what you spend. You set the budget for each ad and tell us how long it should run—and we’ll never charge you more than your budget limit.

How do you Track my Facebook Campaigns?

See how many likes you have, how the number of likes changes over time, and where they come from.
See how many people like, comment on and share your content. You can also see how much of that came through your customers and their friends, and the response you got from ads.
See what section of your Page people are responding to most, and where they’re coming from, like Facebook or a search engine.
See a daily breakdown of your posts, and how many people responded with clicks, likes and more. Get more specific by viewing the types of posts you make: statuses, photos, and video. If a post isn’t performing as well as you want, you can always boost it.
To help understand your audience, you’ll see demographic info like age, gender and location, along with what times they’re looking at your Page and how they found it—so you’ll be able to create posts for the best response.

Where Does Someone go When They Click on My Ad?

When someone clicks on your ad, they’ll land on the destination that you choose based on the objective you choose.

Your ad can send people to:

  • Pages, apps or events you admin on Facebook
  • Pages admined by other people
  • External websites

For example, you can send people to your website by choosing Clicks to Website or Website Conversions as your objective when creating your ad. If you want to send people to a Facebook Page or event you admin, choose Page likes or Event Responses as your objective.
